Accommodation

The accommodation is a late 18th century attached barn conversion, sleeps two people and is centrally heated throughout.

Kitchen

 The entrance hall leads through a half glass oak door to a double aspect kitchen with a lovely view .down the valley. It is fitted with modern cream cupboards with oak flooring and is newly equipped with an induction hob, electric oven and grill, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and washer/dryer. Top quality pots, pans, utensils, crockery, glasses and cutlery are also included together with a cafe style oak table and matching chairs for your comfort.

Living Room

The double aspect living room is accessed via three steps up from the kitchen and has a lovely old coach window which looks out over the fields and up to the old mine chimney in the distance.  It is open to the rafters in typical barn style. There is a very comfortable white leather three seater sofa, two oak occasional tables with elegant table lamps and a large LCD flat screen television with free view, DVD player, X-Box games console with games.

Bathroom

The new monochrome bathroom is through the door at the far end of the lounge and off a landing. There is a lovely walk-in rain shower with feature black marble effect tiled wall, heated ladder towel rail and built in basin and toilet.

Bedroom

 The bedroom is up the open staircase in the living room with a landing gallery and panoramic views down to the Tamar River and Dartmoor, through a quirky door into a white beamed room with queen size bed and bespoke built -in wardrobe. There is also a small flat screen LED television and more spectacular views over the fields. You can even star gaze on a clear night from the comfort of your bed through the Velux window!

Outside 

Outside to the back of the barn, through the double gates and down a grassy slope, is the large west facing, sunny deck. It is complete with table, chairs and barbecue and is for the exclusive use of The Linney guests. Adjacent to the barn is a designated parking space.
